APP BLANK AND UNRESPONSIVE_ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This app was great at first but after downgrading
my system after a SSD drive install, it has been
completely useless - (even though Im in accord
with the compatability specs listed above) !

Attempts to get feedback from customer service
have failed.
